WEB RETRIEVER

Send an e-mail, including one or more URLs (web addresses i.e. www.PageGetter.com) in the subject or body of the message, to web@PageGetter.com. In a moment you will automatically have returned to your e-mail account, the full requested webpage, complete with embedded graphics.

Hot Tip: The PageGetter.com patent pending service will extract valid web URL's and ignore surrounding text which is not part of a URL. If you have retrieved a web page using PageGetter.com and wish to receive all of the web pages which are referenced in the original page, simply forward the original page back to PageGetter.com. Our server will generate a unique list of the URL's in that page and fetch each page for you.

Based on feedback from PageGetter customers, many of you have html-enabled e-mail programs that do not support frames. Effective October 2000, any requested page which includes frames will be split into one a separate e-mail for each frame. If your e-mail client does support frames, use the Frame Retriever service to continue receiving framed pages in a single e-mail.

As mentioned below, the Web Retriever service requires you to have a HTML-capable e-mail program such as Outlook or Outlook Express. If your e-mail is not capable of displaying HTML, then use the PageGetter.com Text Retriever service.

System Requirements:  HTML-capable e-mail service and client software that supports graphics.
